Subtitles in American English.

I have to say that I am really enjoying this series and while I don't mind the subtitles, I am finding that being translated into American English is rather annoying. I wish there was an option for British English subtitles. I watch these types of shows to move away from the American stuff and hope for something different. However the American colloquialisms are very irritating. I also do not imagine many Americans would watch this but instead prefer to make their own version. If the translation is intended for a British audience then please can we have British English.

The Australians beat us to it with the Kettering incident. Its worth watching; on Daily Motion.
On the subject of sub-titles, I tried watching the Norwegian- Eyewitnesses. The subtitles are neither English or American English. It is like someone with a very rudimentary understanding of English is using a dictionary to translate. So bad!!

Oh I thought this was much better than The Kettering Incident. I couldn't stand it and won't be watching the second season.
