any else here also not too pumped on season 2? i'm on the last ep of the second season and the whole thing just feels flat. tons of build up, lousy climax.

everything with Olivia and Norman was just so ew and the evil white mask guys were poorly executed. also dat final battle? are you kitten me? when Roman came in with the axe i died inside. no choreography, terrible music, looooow stakes.

i'm bummed to say it because i really like season 1, but season 2 is bad enough to warrant cancelation.

Yeah, I agree. Something happened because it's nowhere near as good as season 1. Plus we lost a lot of good actors. I have no idea why they chose to recast Shelly.

I preferred season 2 to most of season one actually. The ax scene was funny, though.

I didn't dislike season 2, but it was nowhere near as good as season one IMO. It seems like fans either highly favor season 1 or season 2, but I fall in the season 1 club.

I liked the eerie town "feel" that season 1 had. I preferred Olivia as a confident, evil, upir woman and loved her season 1 wardrobe. Yes, I know, Olivia is still "bad" in season 2 but it is usually more subtle than in season 1. I know one critique of season 1 Olivia is that the character was "over-acted" and dramatic, but I liked that!

Also, small things. I rather liked Letha as a character, but Miranda annoyed me. I can't hate on S2 too much because we got to see more Dr. Pryce, one of the best characters on the show. I enjoyed his conflict(s) with the Russian doctor (Galina?).
