question..possibly answered already about olivia

Sorry am suffering from major baby brain ATM but can some kind person please answer me this....

Olivia killed (many) of her babies because they went born without a "cull" meaning they're not upir..right? Until roman..
Well my question(s) is it was revealed that Norman is Romans actual father, does that mean Norman had something in him able to produce an upir that his brother didn't possess?
^ also meaning Roman n litha are bro n sis... Which produced Nadia another upir due to inbreeding?
(Was roman aware what he did to litha at the time?, cuz Olivia sure seemed to be)
And why didn't olivia kill Shelley when she was a baby?

Am sorry am all over the place and having a hard time keeping up with things that arnt conclusive.

Oh I thought Shelley was born with a caul? I recall Olivia saying something along the lines of how lucky she was after all those years to have two children born consecutively with a caul? Or am I confusing what I saw in the show with something I read on here haha.

I had the question of why Shelley not getting killed at birth like the first child in a different post. These threads get convoluted and confusing the longer and the more there are.
I don't remember the line about having two with that mark in a row, that would explain it though. I wondered if it was cuz she already got what she wanted in Roman and just let her be. Or maybe Olivia let Pryce deal with her when something happened after birth.

No, Norman is normal, but after Roman cut his wrists, he became full upir. And Roman wasn't aware of what he was doing, his mom made him do those things to Letha and then forget it. He remembered when he became full upir. And Olivia did kill Shelly, but her dad RJ took her to the White Tower and Pryce used science (I have no idea how) to bring her back.
