Home Alone 6 idea

They need to make the next one like Beethoven's Big Break and it would be about a kid who lives in Hollywood with his rich actor parents and they decide to shoot a remake of the original Home Alone for a new generation. Now that would be a nice homage to the original film! The subplot would involve the rich kid trying to stop thieves from stealing his family's prized possessions.

That is a terrible idea. Was it sarcasm?

No, but at least it would be better than a straightforward remake or the 4th film!

True, but I just took a dump that was better than a straightforward remake or the 4th film.

So you want to remake Home Alone using parts of Richie Rich.

Perhaps Macaulay Culkin could play the villain? That would do wonders for the script. Culkin (In character as the evil "Dan") is after the drugs. Wonder why the kid's family got so rich? They are the real drug lords of Santa Barbara, but they are also on vacation. Which leaves the open-mouthed 10-year-old cutiepie "Simon" all alone. So, Dan the Villain, (by the way you can make that rhyme if you try hard enough), attempts a break-in with his 2 henchmen, San-Dan (Dan's Indian adopted twin brother, played by Rory Culkin of course) and the Ghost of Michael Jackson who returns to attempt one last break in the young boy. Did I misspell the previous sentence? Not really. The Ghost is of course played by Prince, who also, and specially for this movie, learned how to fly.

So what we've got is:
Something truly different than previous installments.

Throughout the movie Macaulay Culkin BECOMES Dan and gradually longs more and more after the drugs. An especially hard-hitting scene shows Culkin approaching the front door of the big mansion, as to look at the door-handle almost legolas-like and calmy say: "Drugs are in that house”, after which his eyes sparkle in a way that no CGI is capable of. One reviewer wrote: “It's like watching a documentary. Culkin NEEDS the drugs, and WE need to see what happens.”

San-Dan desperately wants to impress his brother, an issue adopted children often have a hard time coping with. San-Dan has literally no idea how to impress Dan, one time ending almost fatal, when San-Dan beat Dan merciless. “Why the hell did you beat me up?” asks a tearful Dan in a flashback scene. “Because I wanted to impress you with how much I could make you cry. That's why I held a jar beneath your face during the beating. It was to no use anyhow, as you bled a hell of a lot more than you cried, so that’s that.” - San-Dan is possibly retarded, he is a 35-year-old Indian male who STILL doesn’t know how to fix a laptop.

What will truly blow the audience away is Prince as The Ghost of Michael Jackson. His performance will remind viewers of Tim Curry's chilling work as Pennywise the Clown in IT. He, is not after the drugs - surprise!

If any Hollwood execs are reading this, I'm pretty sure we could work this out.
