Watching last nights episode, April 14th, I think I saw something that should not have been aired...Willy called the "Manager" on the phone and said "...now go behind the bar and do your stuff" The woman then went behind the bar and stole money, she was then called in the office and was fired. Looked scripted to me.
Still like the show.

Willie explained that he set up that whole scenario with the manager stealing to test the restaurant owner, who Willie thought was out of touch with his restaurant. Willie said he'd never done anything like that before but I'm skeptical. The whole thing was really strange and it makes me suspect other things are staged.
Why did Willie let the guy think he fired the manager? When he supposedly explains the test to the restaurant owner later, the camera angle is of the back of Willie's head and the movement of his face doesn't match up with the audio. The whole think looks fishy as hell.
What confused me ,is that they never showed the manager again.did he really fire her?

Of course it is a fake, how dumb are the staff to not notice the cameras in the week that they are there.
