...tonight. On tonight's episode -- The Red Room in NY -- the waitress wearing a tank top had a visible mic pack sticking out of her shirt in the back. So much for the state-of-the-art hidden mics. I guess I'm not surprised, but I'm still disappointed.
shareIf you notice when they're installing the "hidden" cameras, the cameras themselves are large, motor-mounted remote-controlled cameras that are extended through large holes cut in the drop ceiling tiles.
They are NOT what I would consider "hidden" in any meaningful way. There is no way that the staff members in any of these restaurants do not know that they are being taped.
