Midway through watching this episode...

Willie Degel is quite possibly the least appealing person I've seen on national television. What's with the voice? What's with the suit? He acts like he's the Wolf from Pulp Fiction, and looks like Larry Flynt. He doesn't stop talking the entire episode, and every word sounds like he's struggling to finish it. Terrible show, seems fake too. People sound mic'd up and the waitresses seem like they are acting, especially the scene where she says, "I'll come back." This should be cancelled soon enough.

I agree completely!

Yeah. I couldn't get past the first 10 minutes of the first episode. Maybe if the jackass owner spent more time at his place (he doesn't even call it by the right name) he wouldn't need this tool to come stage a fake stakeout. Crap show.

I agree -- My boyfriend and I sat down to watch it and about 15 minutes in I said "Is the whole episode going to be this guy talking??" He never stops! Stop narrating what's happening and let us watch it!!

I so came here to post the same thing. This show would be somewhat entertaining if they got rid of Willie Degel. 45 mins of nothing but him yelling at a camera. Good grief!

If you can't walk and talk/text at the same time, do the rest of us a favor and get out of the way.

Couldn't agree more, he is one of the most annoying people I have ever seen on television. He should be doing Oxyclean commercials with that voice.

I Love Willie Degel, that guy rocks. Just listening to him go off makes laugh. He's a shot in the arm and definitely what's needed for lacks restaurants out here.Although I'm surprised he didn't lay into them a little more after they were confronted.

reply

Fake show, totally scripted!

"I've seen better tennis playing in a tampon commercial."

Oh my god, where to start with that gasbag known as Willie Degel? Seriously, his "New York" accent is so affected and over-the-top that it makes me cringe. I've lived in Queens my entire life and I've never heard the English language butchered with such consistency and dedication. And really, I feel like paramedics should be standing guard in order to perform CPR since he always seems to be on the verge of apoplexy. Worst reality show host that I can recall, and the antics are so obviously staged. This show is a pile of *beep*

Lie still. I've never done this before – and there will
be blood.
