Staged..FAKE reality show

this is perhaps the most obscene example of a scripted reality show ever. Furthermore some ppl have stated this show re-purposes actors playing restaurant staff in one show, to pose as customers on other episodes. I watched the show a few times and wondered how did they know to put so many mics and hidden cameras so that every potential word and action in every table, booth, backroom, restroom, store-room, counter would be captured with full precise dialogue (even whispers) and picture?

Why? how? Because they created it all from scratch, just like a good chef. I could have accepted a show full of "re-enactments." During one season a place I frequent in So Cal, was fraudulently depicted. The guy who played the manager wasnt the manager at all. He didnt even work there! It looked all too good to be true. This show went on 4 more seasons too long. Good riddance liars. Food Network are better off with their endless game shows (which have been also beat into the ground) but at least more credible then this crap.
