got my copy today the puppets and the film itself was way better. i still wanna know why torch isnt used though does he cost too much or what? final battle was okay not great there was no ninja either but that was expected with the outcome of axis of evil.

continuity isnt that great with this series and the end of axis of evil dragon lady took leech woman/jester/tunneler and beginning of axis rising dragon lady only took tunneler

This is a terrible movie.
What exactly did you like about it? The awful CGI bullet wounds? The three sets they used (laboratory, house and military office)? The fact that that puppets are barely in it, and barely do anything? The terrible actors the replace the mediocre ones from the last movie?
Nothing about this movie is any good.

I actually liked Axis of Evil better. Both films were good, I just found Axis of Evil to be a bit more fun. I especially liked the characters in this one, though.

I think I agree. AXIS OF EVIL may be better. At least slightly. Neither is really great in my opinion, but the acting in AXIS RISING seems even worse.
I won't expect the best, but I still hope we can see PUPPET MASTER: AXIS TERMINATION soon.
