See dude i could not say for sure if dawood is in Pakistan (Same way we could not say if he is in Dubai) but if osama can hide in Pakistan then dawood surely can. My assumption is based reports in Indian media. Lets assume he is in Pakistan, then how is its India's fault not taking him out? As per many reports indian intelligence tried many times to assassinate him in Pakistan (There is a movie coming out on this, D-Day, going to watch it tonight)
Regarding Satish Verma's statement, he is a disgruntled cop, unhappy with cops being chargesheeted for ishrat jahan case. I find it fake because of timing of his statement. If he had the information then why not earlier? If you understand indian politics then such attacks will benefit right wing (BJP) but government in power in state and center is Congress. They have nothing to benefit from.

There is no reason to show that this Gangster is living happily overseas with his Billions...Gangsters never have a good ending in Bollywood movies :)
