B-movie on a silver screen?

I know, I know, there's been plenty of b-movie to hit theatres before but just hear me out.

It looks like one of the higher budget b-movies to be completely honest, most are already made cheaply all you need is a little smoke & mirrors, story, actors. Since this movie is getting a theater release you'd usually get a popular actor (at least one) to help with sales.
I'm not saying it will be a bad movie because there's no one famous in it, I just get a vibe from this movie (and some soon to be released) that it will be completely forgettable and a waste of time and a quick buck for Hollywood.
I think a lot people on here will agree.

I dunno, sometimes the movies with the lowest budgets and least amount of publicity are some of the best.

Lovely Molly, Oculus, The Tunnel and V/H/S all come to mind as recent examples.

I'm a sucker for backwoods-horror, and this one kind of looks like the type of film you'd see premiere at a horror festival.

The Titanic sinks, Bruce Willis is a ghost, and Henry is the killer.

I liked a lot of Oculus. I have not seen The Tunnel, but will check it out, I didn't really like VHS.
