Who plays the basketball mascot? It sounds like Cam from "Modern Family"

It's driving me crazy too! I checked here http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2300923/epcast?mode=desktop and the creditor up, but no voice credit for the mascot. :-(

Okay I've been listening to it on my DVR and comparing it to some YouTube videos for people that I think it might be. After listening to a bunch of times I am almost positive that its who I originally thought it was at first. Eric Warheim from Tom goes to the Mayor.
