Bill O'Reilly not credited as writer?

wtf?

reply

Fun film...
if ya need me I'm around ..

Robert Malone

reply

Probably because he had nothing to do with the script adaptation. Very likely he will get credit on screen, something like..."Adapted from a book by..."

reply

Regardless his name should still be in the writing credits, but I tend to forget this is IMDB, the most liberal leaning movie site around...

Hey you, White House, Ha haaaa charade you are...

reply

IMDB is not liberal. It has no leaning at all. It all depends on who is commenting on the site. But the site itself has no bias.

reply

mtppatrick...your tag line "Hey you White House, ha haaaa charade you are..." further reveals your ignorance first revealed in calling IMDB "liberal."

The line from Pink Floyd's "Pigs" is Hey, you, Whitehouse.."

As in Mary Whitehouse, a woman who was out to clean up British television of its "moral degradation" in the mid-1960s.

reply

Wow you're impressively stupid. How could a site that doesn't deal in staff opinion have political leanings?

reply

IMDB says

Writers: Erik Jendresen, Bill O'Reilly (based on the novel by)

reply

A novel is a work of fiction.
I thought "Killing Lincoln" was classified as non-fiction

I was born in the house my father built

reply

Erik Jendresen made a point of stressing that the film was "inspired by" Bill O'Reilly's book. Erik wrote the screenplay.

(re. Whitehouse: Spot on dbk!)

reply

did erik jendresen have to venture into the no-spin zone?

You stay classy, San Diego.

reply

"did erik jendresen have to venture into the no-spin zone?"
No, but Lincoln's chair in Ford's Theatre was a foot higher than everyone else's. ---On IMDb, nobody knows you're a (I said nobody knows!).

reply

Of course not, they're trying to get people to want to watch it.
