Very unrealistic.

Anyone in their right mind would immediately tell their bosses they quit, especially in the jobs these people had. Servants for a Lord, supermarket employees, and hospital workers. All of the people in this show still keep working, riding the bus, driving crappy cars, and continue their lives as though nothing happened. In real life, you would move into a nice house, in a very nice neighborhood, and your life would change significantly, and very quickly, It just doesn't seem at all realistic to me.
