for women to go topless in public, only to have it banned again when feminists complain that it objectifies women. And you know it's no joke... they would totally do that... or at least make it a crime for men to stare at them.



This movie - first world problems galore
and how is this even an equality issue? when everybody knows that the primary arbiters of public decency are and have always been women. I doubt most guys would object to seeing breasts in public... but you know it's other women who will freak out.

I think you're underestimating the Conservative or religious population in this country. They're quite adept at making male 'lust' a woman's problem. Have you ever met a Dad with a teenage daughter? What if you told him it was totally legal and acceptable for his daughter (who might be under the age of consent btw) to go to a beach or public swimming pool topless? You don't think he might have some concerns?

It's not as simple as "girls want to show them and guys want to see them".

When It comes to stuff like this, these people always try to make it into a women v men issue when it's simply not the case. Of course if we bring conservative religious groups and parents into the equation, it's still not a women v men issue, as there are women who make at least half of the aforementioned groups.
