i watched it tonight too and my first reaction is LOL wut...

i mean its a lifetime movie so my expectations are already wayyy low but this is so unrealistic. granted i caught halfway through but the parts i saw just made me shake my head. the girls running through the hospital from the one guard and not getting caught, the girl being chased in the house by two armed criminals thats she somehow gets away from and kills, the fact that their deaths are loosely covered up by being known drug dealers so no one would suspect them, the mexicans at the end, the ending with the police covering up for them after all this. i just wow. the whole premise is just LOL

yes, it was a CRAZY movie especially the ending.i think most bank policy's would not allow a mother and daughter to work at the same branch but ALL those killings and a police COVER at end was pretty far fetched. the mother was a PAIN IN THE ASS. SHE SHOULD HAVE TAKEN A BULLET HERSELF.

Another thing...how was the daughter supposed to have been held hostage by the kidnappers, when she was clearly one of the girls who dropped off their friend at the hospital???? HUGE plot hole if you ask me!! LOL

It's not a plot hole. The FBI lady will just say that wasn't the kidnapped girl who brought the girl with the broken leg to the hospital. There is no evidence she was at the hospital.

Just horrible. I fast forwarded thru most of the ridiculous chase scenes. Plot holes, Plot denial, Plot missing......it just gets worse. I think teenagers actually wrote this-that's how UNrealistic it is. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS ONE.

What a great lesson for young women. Rob banks and an agent will help you with a cover story. Based on a true story. Not really.

I guess I'll be the first person to say that I actually liked this movie lol. It was very unique. We've seen lots of movies that were quite the opposite before: bank robbers barging in, and not only stealing money but kidnapping one of the female bankers and then maybe holding her for ransom. But this movie was different. Spoiler alerts: a high school girl gets kidnapped by one of the bank robbers, and it turns out they were all female, and not only that, but they all knew her.

However, don't get me wrong. A lot of it was unrealistic indeed. Aside from what the above posters said, forget about the gender, they were all barely in high school! I don't know about in real life, but in most movies, the bank robbers are at least in their mid 20's. You would think it's the same in real life, where you gotta acquire a lot of skills in bank robbing. These high school girls in the movie seemed like they were ordinary kids living life day by day in school and outside of school, going on dates with boys and focusing on their future. Bank robbing ain't as easy as barging into a bank and waving guns at everyone. They have to know how to escape, too. Otherwise, they could easily get caught.

Not to mention, those FBI agents were so stupid! They heard Cassie on the video tape saying "why are you doing this?" isn't that a strong indicator that she had nothing to do with it? That she was shocked? Yeah, that part was so stupid because they were accusing her of being involved nevertheless.

I actually also enjoyed the movie. Maybe it wasn't very realistic, but it was surprisingly entertaining.

After reading some reviews here, I watched it expecting to laugh about some obvious plot holes. But that moment actually never came. As written in an other review, you can even explain most of them.

So if you don't overthink how realistic the plot must be, this movie can be fun. I mean, who hasn't fantasized about robbing a bank ;)
