Kind-of put me in mind of "Darknet" a little. Totally different tones and subject matter but the same interlocking-thread type of deal. Any others?

I get the "dark net" reference. I was also thinking about "Crash" the whole way through this.

I don't know about tv shows, but the movie Mystery Train is like that.

You may not still be checking this, but The Booth at the End (2011) is a good one.

This reminded me of an earlier TV series, also set in London: Holding On (1997)
