How Did Bruce Get That Snowmobile to Run on Diesel Fuel?

The snowmobile that Bruce "liberates" would not start presumably due to an empty fuel tank. We see him later siphon fuel from his snowplow and use it to make the snowmobile run. I'm ~99.9% certain the snowplow had a diesel engine and the snowmobile had a gas engine. Is this a goof?

Thanks, I re-watched that scene. Actually the single pump was dual, sans plomb (unleaded gasoline) and diesel yet he used the sans plomb nozzle. I should have asked how did he get the diesel snow plow to run on gasoline. I may be incorrect but that snowplow when running sure sounded like a typical diesel engine.

This was a Good !!. The Plow was definitely a DIESEL!!. And the Snowmobile was a 2 Stroke GAS !! In real life he would of ALSO had to mix 2 Cycle oil with GASOLINE to make the Snowmobile run !!. Without the oil the engine would seize up within a couple minutes!!!. And there's NO WAY it would of ran on Diesel !!. Total goof and it ruined the rest of the movie for me, Along with the crazy ending !!!. WOW !!!
