Two Sons of Anarchy cast members in a 'Lesbian art film'?

It's playing on Netflix Streaming.

If Maggie Siff isn't nude I'm going to throw my TV out the window.

LOLOL I came on these boards...for exactly the same reason. Knew Maggie Siff was in it (and I agree with your sentiment there lol), then noticed her lawyer from SOA is also in this lol.

So glad I found this thread.

I've always been a fan of Robin Weigert, since at least "Deadwood."

I binge watched Sons of Anarchy precisely because of Katy Segal, Maggie Siff, Ally Walker and Drea de Matteo. I kept telling myself "my god, I've gotten old. Even with these strong beautiful women characters, this is one macho *beep* head show. And don't get me wrong - of course the guys are great, but I was fascinated that Sutter never featured some interesting scenarios where a couple of these women might have gained some real strength - just by acknowledging attraction to one another - other than to claw the other's eyes out, or fork one another to death. Now THAT would have been interesting.

Then, I finally find this beauty of a film where Tara and Lowen actually do have parallel (so to speak) lives and experiences.

So, that one aspect is highly pleasing. However, even if I wasn't already familiar with most of the actresses in this film (AND HEY!!! BETH LIVES!!!!!!) it would still shine brightly for me as one of the most intriguingly written scripts and ensemble acting displays I have ever seen.

Honestly, it was so well done.... For me, I had my Abby experience (at 52) just by the profound experience of having viewed this film. It inspires courage and self honesty.
