To whoever this may concern:

I am personally a massive fan of mythological and gothic TV shows, and Dracula, in my opinion, has been by far, one of the best TV shows I have stumbled upon in a VERY long time. To say that I am merely upset by it's cancelation is a massive understatement. I am outright outraged and offended by how such a gripping show could be canceled in face of so many ridiculous ones that are still running.

The ratings which were taken are in no means an accurate measurement of the true amount of people that could really be watching the show, not to be the bearer of the obvious, but, has it ever occurred to those in charge of deciding to cancel this show, that perhaps several of the viewers have downloaded the show, gotten them from a friend, or streamed it online? Live readings on the condemned chosen date of air-time are an inaccurate means of measuring the magnitude this show may really have on it's audience. If this show is not renewed for another season, it will unfortunately portray NBC negatively, as it will prove that NBC has truly lost it’s ability of recognizing a true gem of a show. And if that is so, I pray to God it be bought by another station that of which is capable of recognizing it's brilliance, and giving the fans back what we deserve. Not allowing it to run through it's full plot is an atrocious act against what could become the next big fan-epidemic (think the next True Blood/TVD/Twilight, minus the cliché dialogue).

This show is written well, cast well, and has a mesmerizingly witty plot that breathes new life into Bram Stoker's original Count Dracula (despite it tarrying away from the original novel’s plot). In fact, it adds a fresher new twist of this legendary fictional character. Therefore, it would be a damn shame to see this fantastic show go based on silly untrue assumptions, that could easily be proven wrong, if only Dracula was given the proper chance it deserves to flourish with a promise of a second season (if not more).

I knew of this show but I didn't watch it. I don't even really watch tv anymore. Im still waiting for the 3rd season of the Sarah Connor chronicles! Not really, lol. Never gonna happen, and I even emailed fox. Anyway, good luck, maybe I'll add my name just to help out!

Big fan from Malaysia..Bring bk Dracula..I do not like cliffhangers aight.

I have signed the petition. (31,263 supporters now)

If not NBC I hope some other network picks up this show. But I have heard rumors that the cast has some issues which make it difficult to produce season 2.
