Whats the song in making of featurette?

On the Tai Chi Hero dvd there is an hour long documentary titled "From Zero to Hero - Making of" There is an instrumental song playing in the background from about 24:00 to 27:40 while they're talking about Sammo Hung. Does anyone know the name of this song or how to find it? Thanks.

Or the song playing in the movie at the beginning of the mad monk/bronze bell flashback scene from 12:30 to 13:00?
