Space Channel is getting to be just as bad as SyFy. They canceled this great show just to add yet another werewolf/vampire crappy story.

Q: so there's still hope for s2, just not on SPACE, correct? I need to know whether to collapse into a puddle of tears yet.
A: Yes! We've sold in 17 markets, so there are plenty of other options :)

You know I really these *beep* networks would tell the creators of shows BEFORE THE SHOW SEASONS ENDS if they are cancelled or not. You know so we don't end up with horribly massive *beep* cliff hangers like the two main character running for a portal that could close any second and screen cuts to black.

Stop fist *beep* sci-fi fans with reality *beep*

It's getting to point where I don't know why I even bother to get interested in new shows. They all get canceled anyway.

The way it was announced makes it seem like the network had made up their minds to cancel the show before waiting to see how the last few episodes went

They probably did. Networks no longer give shows a chance. If it doesn't get stellar ratings right from the start, a show is usually doomed.

And the reason they don't announce it until after the season is over is because they still want to milk it for all the advertising money they can, so the ratings don't nosedive once viewers realize they're wasting their time watching it...

Its funny that after the show implemented a couple more SF-ish things
boom its canceled,lol. Not that i shed a tear about it. The biggest plus
on this show was Ms.Canning anyway. Back in the day i facepalmed that they
killed her out of the vampire diaries. Idiots.

My first thought was Bum followed by drat followed by a string of words which get blocked!

However on the upside Primeval has been cancelled at least once so maybe there is hope yet, failing that maybe they can do a cross over back from PNW to Primeval itself.
