''The Inquisition'' episode, by Jon Cooksey

Keep an eye out for episodes written by Jon Cooksey. I just saw the 11th episode, "The Inquisition," and it is by far the best episode yet for the show's freshman season. The first season, prior to this point, has had of a mix of some strong and some weak episodes but, overall, it has maintained a fairly consistent flow of events and progress. "The Inquisition" has effectively set up the show for what could be an excellent season conclusion - hopefully to receive a season renewal, in which case a cliffhanger would be great - capping off this season with the 2-parter "The Sound of Thunder".

Yup ... this episode totally broke my bloody heart. Made me dislike two of my previously favourite characters. Good times!

Seriously, i love the writing for this show and can't wait to see how they will wrap up the season ... then we will hopefully get another season (hell, i'd be happy with another 4 seasons if they can keep up the quality of production). To be honest i don't want a cliffhanger for the last episode. If they don't get renewed i'd cry not knowing what happened.

Most shows don't get a renewal until long after the season finale has aired and in case you haven't noticed, season finale cliffhangers are the kiss of death for sci-fi shows. The bigger the cliffhanger, the more likely the show is to be cancelled.

Perhaps most shows you watch.

Again, perhaps most shows you watch.

I will nip this in the bud before it even has a chance to go any further: you and I disagree. There's nothing else to be said. End of discussion.

And regarding:
and in case you haven't noticed

Leave your patronizing remarks with someone else.

Edit:
On second thought, it doesn't matter. I am adding you to my ignore list.

Wow, touchy much? You've just scared away any further discussion from anyone else (I mean, what's the point now? - It's obvious that you don't want a discussion)

Did your parents raise any children who aren't ass holes?

I've got to agree with ydobon-1.

Far too many sci-fi shows don't get renewed. I can remember a bunch of sci-fi cliffhangers I was pissed about not finding out what happened.

Well that escalated quickly.

I agree, the best episode so far. Connor Temple shows up again in episode 13. Should setup things for a second season.

It'll be cool to see him again, even better if he gets at least a recurring role in season 2.
