Bring Mistresses Back...

Okay, so everybody knows by now that the show has been cancelled. What are the odds of them bringing the show back? I mean, they did it for Agent Carter, right??! Maybe not for a full season, but like a 2-hour movie to wrap things up. And if not that, then maybe they can move it over to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc. They've done it with other shows, why not Mistresses?

Despite the low ratings, there are a lot of unhappy fans out there. This may be a long shot, but I hope people are writing in and petitioning to save the show. Nowadays, a cancellation doesn't always mean that a show is gone forever. If a show is popular enough, then anything is possible.

The odds for them bringing the show back is low. I get the impression that ABC is bailing on scripted summer programming since unscripted seems to work better in the summer.

No, it was cancelled after the second season. I've heard nothing of it being brought back in any form, though I guess if we're lucky they might resolve some things on Agents of SHIELD.

Loved watching this show over the summers...really going to miss it. Seems ABC is interested in running celebrity game shows into the ground and I don't care for that.
