So....Simon and Raven were (possible spoilers)

Simon and Raven were the same person? If you look at the pictures on IMDB, it shows Cory being the short haired guy, but he plays Simon who has the long hair. This movies confuses the hell out of me, but can someone tell me if they're the same person?
