No New Young Justice/Green Lantern Till 2013

Wow...Cartoon Network has really hit the skids for its 20th.

They reboot Ben 10 alienating previous fans and bringing the growing maturity of the show down to 2.

Now after months long hiatus they show what...2 new episodes of Young Justice/Green Lantern only to pull them without warning and claim they won't be back till 2013?

It seems like they want their new Saturday morning line-up to die quickly. Like why would I tune in at all now?

It also seems like they don't know whether to want to appeal to a younger crowd: New Ben 10, How to Train Your Dragon: Riders of Berk (which now really makes Star Wars The Clone Wars the odd man out) or go for more maturity and depth: SW:TCW, Previous Ben 10, Young Justice, Green Lantern.

Either way the fans are the ones losing.

Agree completely.

They're ageing down the programming for the audience, which is silly because 1: They've been trying to age up the network in terms of programming for awhile, and 2: A lot of fans of Ben 10 and the like have stuck with the series since it's beginning, literally growing up watching it.
Airing the new Ben 10: Omniverse in its current state is like Cartoon Network saying to its Ben 10 longtime fans: "Ok guys, it's been a fun ride, but the series is rebooting for a younger target audience, and it aint you. Off the bus."

Dragons: Riders of Berk is actually pretty good and does actually have a good storyline.

Punching Trolls in the face like Buzz Aldrin!

I completely agree. They actually had Young Justice and Green Lantern on the list of cartoons one Saturday morning, new episodes (a really good steampunk one for GL) and when I began watching them, it was the How to Train Your Dragon cartoon....... What a joke. And you're right, now we have to wait til January?.....

I've been a HUGE fan of Ben 10, since the first episode, and I'm in my mid-30's...... It was a very good show. This version is a terrible extension of the franchise.

I used to be psyched to watch Ben 10, Young Justice and Green Lantern w/ the kids, but now, I will most likely be skipping Ben 10.... Guess I'll have to catch re-runs of the older shows when they're on.

It is the year 2005. The Decepticons have conquered the Autobot's home planet of Cybertron.
