Saffron flags of destroyers in the trailer

I just wondered if Prakash Jha wanted to show that Hindu parties were destroying the huts of tribals. In the trailer the vehicles that were destroying huts of tribals all had saffron triangular flags, same as Hindu flags. When they were shooting, someone must have decided to put those flags in those vehicles.
If so, why would he do that? What has Hindu parties or hindu right wing has anything to do with that specifically?
