I don't get Allison

All last season she treated Rex with annoyance and rudeness. Then she says she's head over heels in love with Jonathan. After he doesn't come to her performance, she immediately realizes she's in love with Rex. Huh? I'm sure there was some time lapses in between these events but it does not make sense. She couldn't have been more cold to Rex in Season 1. I have liked Allison a lot better this year, she seems a lot happier and more joyful in her dancing.

I don't understand her sudden realization that she's been in love with Rex this whole time. She wants what she cant have, or whomever doesn't want her. Rex is right to not jump back into a relationship with her so quickly.

It's reality tv, with real people, edited for "content and the time allowed". We're going to miss stuff. It seems disjointed to us, but there's so much we are missing.

Rex should take Allison back on the condition that she gets that nose done. All the grief that she put on him, then the Medical guy blows off going to see her in her performance and all of a sudden she's all "Screw that guy" and he was supposed to be the Love of her Life? Any-Wayyss. I don't blame Rex one bit. He's like "Been there, done that, got the T-Shirt" People know that people don't really ever change. A few months, no,..weeks,..and she'd back to her neurotic ways in no-time!

I actually think that Christiana's nose is way worse. Allison is very pretty when compared to her.

Truth is, both Allison and Christiana have excellent noses for the stage. I find them to be quite pretty anyway, for everyday life, though some would consider their noses larger than ideal. But those kinds of noses can make a face more interesting for the stage, as opposed to, say, a cute, pert little nose, which often just disappears. One case in point is the great American ballerina of the 1960s through 1980s (maybe even a bit into the '90s), Cynthia Gregory. She was (probably still is) a majestically beautiful woman, who commanded the stage not only with her strong, pristine, graceful technique and lovely physique, but also with a beautiful, arresting face, which featured a slightly prominent nose--perfect. At some point, she had her nose altered slightly, making it a little smaller and more 'conventionally pretty.' I felt it was a loss, in terms of arresting stage presence, for the audience; still, having a nose I'd love to get slightly smoothed out and maybe reduced in size, just a tiny bit, I can't blame her for going for what pleased her. She still was magnificent. Anyway, beauty for the stage and desired beauty off it don't always match exactly.

Multiplex: 100+ shows a day, NONE worth watching. John Sayles' latest: NO distribution. SAD.
