Was this some collenge student's term project?

If I didn't know any better, I would think that this movie would have been some art student's project and Hollywood picked it up and said "ok."

Every single frame of this movie has cliches in it. Doors opening and closing by themselves, creepy little girls, stupid teenagers, the main girl with a vapid look on her face, the bad guys speaking in latin, walls written with blood, MIRRORS, the good cop- bad cop routine, crazy people, THE AMYTIVILLE HOUSE, and a ghost with bad makeup.

For the love of everything good, don't do a low budget movie if you don't have the creativity to pull it off. Perhaps take a leaf out of Stephen Kings book (no pun intended) and look at his movies. They're still bad but slightly entertaining (well some of them are bad).
