Only good thing about this movie....

Were the obvious references to JAWS. In the beginning, there is the whole bonfire scene that closely resembled the opening sequence of JAWS (even had someone playing the harmonica and a guitar), the main character's last name is Brody who moves from the city to become the sheriff of a small town, his deputy's last name is Hendricks, and Dean Cain's characters last name is Shaw (Robert Shaw who played Quint in JAWS). So after being able to stay conscious throughout this movie, I went and watched JAWS. Thanks!
