Maybe it was just too costly to run? Huge set

I guess that would be the final reason for any show cancelling. What a shame though.

It also relatively had the largest and most modern hospital I've seen in a show. Lots of extras in the background plus the lead actors and a lot of supporting actors. I liked how it appeared to be a more positive place; other medical shows are pretty grim and confined which is much like a real hospital too, but was nice to see a brighter one. But everything looked good with the costumes and equipment and I kept thinking of how much they really invested and wondered if that was at least part of the reason it couldn't keep running because even with a following it was a lot for even the first season.
