How did it NOT get soaked running from the bat cave into the water?

I think her phone was in a plastic baggie.

Well she gave it to Dean and they jumped into the water. I doubt he had time to put it back in the plastic baggie lol

It wasn't in the plastic baggie when she gave it to Dean to use as a flashlight.

Just one of a myriad of plot holes I guess.

If you watch carefully you see Dean set it down on the shore before he jumps into the water.
