A white one? Oh, I suppose you mean the breed, in which case I don't know.
I think it's a Persian cat but maybe it's some other less known breed of cats.
I'd say Persian or Himalayan, they tend to have kind of grumpy cat face and all over fluff.
I think s/he is a breed called Exotic Shorthair.
They had long hair. I think Persian cat is right.
