Two Pippins?

This is just a question: why are two Pippins in the Full Cast & Crew list?
I see Billy Boyd as 'Peregrin Took', who obviously synced Pippin, and Kieron Elliott as 'Pippin'.
What is this? Could someone explain it to me?
