The Muppet Movie: 10. A masterpiece. Rainbow Connection, Movin' Right Along. One of the greats.

The Great Muppet Caper: 7. Very cute stand alone Muppet film but not as heartwarming or special as the previous film. The songs weren't as good either. But, there are classic scenes like Miss Piggy's big production number.

Muppets Take Manhattan: 8. A bit dated but hilarious. Together Again is great and the finale is perfect.

A Muppet Christmas Carol: 6. Very sweet but I'm not as big of a fan mainly because the Muppets are not playing their own characters - they're in a Michael Caine Scrooge film.

Muppet Treasure Island: 4. Not nearly enough screen time for the main Muppets and the songs and human stars aren't great although Curry does a nice job.

Muppets from Space: 3. Doesn't feel like a Muppet movie. That's three movies in a row where Kermit isn't the star.

The Muppets: 9. Fantastic! Great songs and really captures the sweetness and humor of the Muppets.

Muppets Most Wanted: 7. Very funny standalone film similar to Caper. Misses the sweetness but many laugh out loud moments.

I'd rather do it by stars:
The Muppet Movie-3.5 and still the best
The Great Muppet Caper-2 (dumb caper plot and bad editing)
The Muppets Take Manhattan-3 (nice story)
The Muppet Christmas Carol (haven't seen this completely, so I'll abstain)
Muppet Treasure Island-2.5 (doesn't really go anywhere and didn't care about Jim)
Muppets from Space-2 (missed opportunities here and very weak-no wonder it bombed)
The Muppets-3 (second best film)
Muppets Most Wanted-2 (same problem as GMC-a caper we don't care about, plus relied on idiot plot too much)
