Was Lise being a biaaaatch?

At the end in the art gallery where Adele is in the blue dress and she had been invited and after speaking with Emma, Lise politely approaches Adele and they chat but then they have like an awkward pause kinda. Was Lise intentionally throwing it in Adele's face that she was with Emma now or was she trying to genuinely be polite and make her feel welcomed?
