What exactly do you mean when you say there are 6 acts? Do you mean it is a 6 part film, or are there 6 individual sexual occurrences? Feel free to give away spoilers.

The movie is divided to six separate chapters, each include a certain sexual encounter of the main girl with the main boy/s.

The title in Hebrew is more like "Six Times", but the English title is actually better, as the word "act" has a double meaning.
