Enjoyable but so silly (spoilers)

Whilst it was surprising they killed off the crew and passengers they also zapped the main reason to watch this amiably weak TV mid-week movie. But it's interesting to see how good the special effects were for what was presumably a very modest budget - I guess costs are being driven down all the time as the really big spending, CGI driven films push the boundaries. For the outstanding silly bits I nominate (1) an air force pilot/astronaut who squeals and looks panicked when the anything goes wrong and (2) British Prime Minister signing off with 'God save the Queen' - I guffawed most loudly when that line was said.
And yet I've seen less enjoyable big budget films so mustn't grumble.
