...and she's starring on the television show "Bad Teacher" which is sortuva guilty pleasure of mine...
Starred - the 13 episodes are it, as far as I know. I liked the show, mainly because she was great but it was a good cast with a bunch of solid comedy performers. Shame it didn't gel with the public.
shareDidn't realize it had been cancelled. Not terribly surprised - it was something I tended to "get around to watching" when I was looking for something to pass the time... but was far from one of the shows I actually made time for.
Really was a fantastic cast that always seemed to do a great job of entertaining though. Not even sure why I started watching it because I had the bad experience of seeing the movie (only very mildly entertaining) and it didn't seem like a show I was going to be interested in... but was very surprised by it and think many would have also found it enjoyable had they given it a chance.
Think the cast was on par with something like "How I met your mother" - but "Bad Teacher" never had the chance to just become the completely terrible mess that show was by the end.
