I find it ironic that Art Garfunkel, who had aspirations of being an actor (Catch-22, anyone?) has yet to make an appearance, while John Oates, whom 99% of us know 'merely' as a musician has already made an appearance.

Is he still alive? I lost track of him after his Central Park hissy fit with Paul Simon in the 90s.

A very gifted man. Pity he can't get along with others and wasn't able to get himself into a position where that didn't matter.

'Break away' is one of my favorites, along with '99 miles from LA'; 'Garfunkel' is always a CD I pull out for a listen.

I think i heard em talk about Oates being a fan of their act in real life and has actually had them open for him in the past.
