It was very refreshing to see a teen girl who was actually respectful and well mannered in a Lifetime movie. At least the people who kidnapped her raised her to be a fine young lady.
shareShe was respectful but I dont credit the kidnappers as doing a good job raising her. The mother watched her like a hawk and every second of her life was monitored. Her mother was strict and Im sure she had a mean streak the daughter didnt dare cross. We saw it when she confronted Emma about the baby pic and at the house when Emma was hiding from her in the bathroom. Emma was in her early teen years and she was beginning to form her own ideas and ask questions that would be hard for the kidnapper to answer.
shareI think that it was her strict upbringing that made her such a personable teen. It's a good movie that I've just re-watched.
