Well to be fair it is hard to spot unless you know about Kaliningrad Oblast. Byondlll there is a part of Russian that is in the west of Lithuania and it also borders Poland. Not sure I would roll on the floor while laughing at you for not knowing this.

As usual, realism fetishists don't even have real world facts right.

That's why I always describe the realism fetish as an obsession with fictions matching what one believes to be the case in the real world. What one believes to be the case in the real world can be different than what is the case in the real world.

The movie was made by Lithuanians and you think they don't even know what country their country borders?

There was a hint in the bar scene when the guido told them they were 300km from Vilnius... which guess what? is almost the exact distance from Vilnius to the Russian border.
