What the?

It's actually NOT a movie. It's a musical play done by a group called Team StarKid. They've done two other Harry Potter musicals as well, and they're both up on youtube. This one's not on youtube yet, because they just performed it a little over a month ago at LeakyCon, and haven't finished editing it.

They're really good, you should check them out sometime :)
