Best horror comedy I've seen in a while

There are very little horror comedies compared to other types of movies, like found footage crap (Devil's Due was a disaster).

I found it entertaining from the first few minutes. The doctor was amazing. The acting top notch. The monster was cute. Really underrated film, but it is probably because dumb americans feel offended by everything all the time, especially about pooping in cinema.

My only complain would be not enough gore as it seemed more like family movie. But a truly well made hint to 80's horror comedies. Bravo for actors and director. This genre isn't dead yet, so shut up, haters and go back to your stupid block busters, godzillas and transformers.

Loved this movie, saw it on Netflix a few months ago. I think if it would have gotten a bigger release it could be as big as Gremlins. I felt that the amount of blood and ogre was perfect though but I am also more into the old school horror methods.

I really enjoyed it, too. Totally bold, fun, different... you can tell a lot of love and effort went into it. Bad Milo is up there with Gremlins and Shaun of the Dead for me in terms of horror/comedy. I don't know what I love more -- the movie, or the fact that it got made. I'm not sure why the ratings on here are't higher. When people turned on this movie, what did they expect to get?

Ditto for me. I love Cronenbergian element of Milo (a nod to the Brood). Plus it had the spirit of the fun Frank Henenlotter movies of the 1990s. And some classic line.

The movie is obviously not for everyone but then again what film is for everyone? Distrust those who don't like horror-comedies for their opinion on this flick.
