I don't remember any movie in this series where they showed her pregnant, then in this one there's a baby. Did I miss one of them?

She was never shown pregnant - she told Jake she was at the end of The Good Witch's Family (installment #4).

I think that they're following the old fashioned movies...
at the end of one of the blondie movies, she told dagwood that she was pregs...but, by the time the next movie came on....cookie was like 5 or something like that....so...
