Not usually one to judge a film before I've seen it but...

...but the trailer looked seriously awful. Does anybody actually want to see this?

Nope, and I completely agree with you on this film looking really bad.

NOT George Clooney
NOT Brad Pitt
NOT Tom Cruse
NOT any good celebrity impersonators.
NOT copied off the napkin it was written on.
NOT a better production than your average porno.
NOT shot outside of someones garage.
NOT going to see it.

It does look atrocious on all counts.

Dumbest Idea EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

reply

Silly idea. But the DeNiro is fan-tastic.

I have only two compliments-the guy portraying DeNiro voice-wise and for certain facial expressions is pretty decent and the guy they have playing Johnny Depp is spot-on. I had to do a double-take. Other than that, it doesn't look too great. filmmakers are grasping at straws. Half these movies I see them putting out make me wonder who they slept with to get them green-lighted.

reply

It looks so bad it might actually be good lol. Its one of those movies that you know is awful but you enjoy it because its bad. And sometimes those movies can be really funny. I almost WISH though they had done this but with ALL the real actors instead that would have made it all the more funnier don't you think? Ah never mind.

Looks like it could be fun

Of coarse it looks awful. The movie has a budget of 5M$ Let's compaire that to a few clear references here.. Not Another Teen Movie, 16 M$, New Year's Eve 56M$, Ocean's Eleven 85M$. With a budget under 1/3 of Not Another Teen Movie we can't expect much, but bad-sound and out of focus camera aside, this may have some good punchlines.

I like how the release date's been nudged back so far that by the time it comes out it'll be totally irrelevant and outdated. Bieber hasn't had that haircut/squeaky clean image since 2010.
