Who is this man?!?!

I believe it was on the Razor's Edge episode, in the Po Po/Black Cops skit where they throw a surprise party for the 1000th drug bust. The guy I'm looking for is the cop that says "Hes...got a gun??" (trying to make an excuse as to why the one cop accidentally shot him).

Is he an actor? Rapper? Part of the OFWGKTA group? I've googled, searched IMDB under all the actors that have appeared in Loiter Squad and cannot find him. Anyway, I just think he's very very VERY handsome is all. Wouldn't mind seeing some more of him in the show :)
