Long time genra fan, loved this movie!

Huge horror and zombie movie fan and this movie was about as close to perfect to me as you can get! There is clearly a Hollywood level of talent involved in making this movie from top to bottom. I know that Jeremy Gardner probably gets the majority of the credit but it does go beyond that...he couldn't have done it all by himself. That being said, Jeremy Gardner will probably be the one Hollywood comes calling on first and I just hope it doesn't get in the way of the possible follow up The Orchard! I would love to see that movie made!!! It is so unbelievable that this movie was made on a $6K budget, but apparently it was. I like it so much I finally registered on this site (long time lurker) just to let the people involved on the project know that I really think they have proven once again that solid acting and top quality writing trumps special effects. Well done guys and gals!
I bought the DRM Free download from the movie site, is there any way I could be notified if and when another project comes out from this group?

Thank you man... The best way to follow our future projects is on Facebook or Twitter. Links are on thebatterymovie.com. Jeremy runs Twitter and I (Christian Stella) run Facebook. I actually just got back from Connecticut where Jeremy, Adam (Mickey), and I all co-directed a very experimental new feature film. A comedy. But don't worry, we're not leaving the horror genre, just wanted to film something quick and unique as we wait to start our true horror follow-up to The Battery. There will be a lot of expectations on us for our next horror film, so we quickly made something that no one will expect, mainly because the 2 year grind of getting The Battery released was really making us itch to MAKE something. We shot in 15 degree snow for 6 days, it was far crazier than The Battery shoot but I'm optimistic and looking forward to seeing if and how it comes together in the edit. As the camera guy, I can definitely say this... It's 10 times better looking than The Battery. The best work I've ever done and so nice to use all the equipment I've been amassing in the past 2 years. As soon as the edit is coming together you can expect a formal announcement on our Facebook page. Meanwhile, we're still hard at work on getting The Battery out on Blu-Ray and finishing up a 90 minute making-of documentary for that.
