When the couples on property brothers start looking for a house they show them houses they can't even afford! Yet on this show they can find them a house bang on budget and stay on budget for the renovation. Has anyone else noticed that too?
shareI never noticed that. The showing of houses that are way out of their price and fancier than the asked for is absurd. Then take them to crappy houses well below their budget. It's insulting. I would like to see what houses in their price range look like.
Another thing on buying and selling I hate is all the things they say is wrong the home, like carpet and out dated stuff, then take them to houses that have the same stuff.

That is insulting to take them to a million dollar neighborhood, then take them to the "hood" to show what they really can afford!
