Robo Todd and Darth Snob are not new characters

Why have we got new character listings for the assimilations of Todd and The Nostalgia Chick and Snob's becoming evil? Unlike Chapman's swapping-out of JO for Edward, they are explicitly the same character for each of those actors, especially Snob because he isn't even attacked to bring this change.
